The Challenge of
TOO MUCH FREEDOM:

In your virtual office, if you're working for BFC, you will be the one who makes most of the "command decisions" with respect to how you handle your day-to-day work activities in the immediate sense.

Your manager defines your tasks and sets goals for your achievement, but you have the freedom to determine the specifics of how those tasks and goals are to be accomplished. You can:

• Set your own work schedule;
• Decorate your office the way you like it;
• Have that coffee break when you decide;
• Dress as you like ... or work naked;
• Work late, if you need extra money; or
• Take the whole day off, if you want.

In your virtual office, once you learn what you're doing, you are the boss. And as long as you can meet reasonable production goals, we allow a substantial degree of freedom in how you get your work done.

But frankly, that much freedom is not going to be everybody's cup of tea. If you're one of those people who needs a highly regimented structure, you might not be comfortable in a virtual office environment.

If you really can't work without having someone tell you when to work ... and when to stop working ... and what kind of shoes to wear in the office ... and how many minutes to spend at lunch ... you probably wouldn't be comfortable working for us.

But if you're one of those individuals who can thrive and prosper in a work environment that allows you to set your own goals and work at your own pace ... we want to talk to you.

Can you handle that much freedom?
