In any new job, there will be an adjustment period a time when you're not quite sure exactly what to do, or whether you're doing things the right way.

During that period, you need feedback. However, in a virtual office environment, you have to get feedback differently.

For example, you can't just ask the person at the next desk, "hey, how do I do this?" ...

... on the other hand, sometimes people at the next desk don't know what they're doing either.

And in a virtual office environment, you can't just walk down the hall and ask the boss ...

... however, in a physical office, you never really know whether the boss even has time to talk to you right now.

A VIRTUAL END TO ALL THAT OFFICE GOSSIP.
When you telecommute, you can't just hang around the water cooler and listen to all the office gossip ...

... now, some folks might perceive this as a drawback. However for those who'd rather just get their work done, it's a blessing.

But don't worry. You'll get plenty of feedback.

FEEDBACK IS MORE AVAILABLE THAN EVER:
During your training period, your Manager or Team Leader will work closely with you, and is usually available by phone during working hours to answer your questions or help you with an unfamiliar procedure.

And if you think of a question in the middle of the night, you can e-mail your question or leave a voice mail message. And you'll usually have your answer by the next morning.

In a virtual office environment, things happen more efficiently than in a physical office. And communication is fast, through phone, e-mail, voice mail, and instant messaging on the web.

Routine office memos are usually distributed by e-mail. Documents you need are e-mailed to you as attached files, or sometimes downloaded from our website.

BYE-BYE TO OFFICE GOSSIP ... MAYBE:
And if you really must have that office gossip, your co-workers are always as close as your phone or your instant messaging module ...

Even if they're on the other side of the Country, or in another Country.

In Cyberspace, there is no "here" or "there."

We are all "here!"

And today, people communicate more than ever.

TELECOMMUTING - THE WAVE OF THE FUTURE:
Each year, ever-increasing numbers of workers have the opportunity (and make their choice)
to telecommute.

Within the next few years, it is estimated that 85% of America's workforce will work this way.

Are you ready for this new telecommuting lifestyle in today's Information Age?
